The Manhattanhenge is one moment where we will allow thousands of people to purposely stand in the middle of the busy NYC streets. This time, we wanted to highlight on the winter Manhattanhenge where we watched the sun rise instead of set. The Tropicana two story storage containers were utilized to provide Tropicana orange juice and breakfast sandwiches to those commuting, and to allow them into the space to watch the sunrise. Ellie Kemper from the hit Netflix series “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” and “The Office”, kicked off the beginning of the Manhattanhenge, getting guests excited for that moment.
